These Video drills are a MUST, to enable you to quickly obtain the  benefits of using the Swing Governor™ . These drills
are actually emulating the proper Sequential Coiling and Re-coiling and how Centrifugal acceleration is generated.

Swing Governor - KC Drill (Kinetic Chain Drill)

Time: 1Min 22sec

The KC Drill (Kinetic Chain Drill) teaches the hardest move in golf, namely, how to attain the ideal Kinetic Chain sequence on your downswing.

What is the Kinetic Chain?
Beginning your Downswing, you need to transfer energy from the ground up, from your Hips to your Shoulders, then your Shoulders to your Arms then finally the golf club just before impact. This is easier said then done.

This is the "secret" move that every top professional does, and why it looks effortless when they swing because their kinetic chain (sequence) is so good.

The KC Drill will have you in sync within a couple of swings, allowing you to feel the stretch-recoil between the upper and lower body on your downswing transition.

1. Impact Drill - Video

Time: 4min 22sec

This Impact Drill shows you how the Swing Governor™ assists with the correct hip action which will "Post" the front leg, before the Swing Governor™ slides out. (This will later allow the centrifugal acceleration whip the hands through the impact zone in the sequence drill and synchronize drills)

1.  Pull up and around your left hip
2.  Push down and around on your right hip
3.  This hip action will "Post" the front leg as the Swing Governor™ slides out

Caution: This Drill is harder than it looks

2. Sequence Drill - Video

The Sequence Drill trains your body to coil back in the right sequence and then re-coil back through impact in the right sequence. This drill incorporates left arm only out in front of you, (as if you were holding a club) your right hand stays on your right hip. By doing this one handed you can "feel" proper sequential coiling and separation on the backswing, and the re-coil on the downswing, which is the bases of the modern golf swing.

Backswing
The proper backswing sequential coil begins with your hand then shoulders then torso then hips then knee. This Swing Governor teaches proper backswing sequential coil right from takeway initially governing the hips from turning back with your hands and shoulders. The inbuilt spring, then allows for a small amount of weight shift, then torso turns and then the hips turn while maintaining a stable right leg, then finally the knee comes in.

Downswing
The Downswing is now the reverse sequence or re-coil. Starting with your knee then hips, then torso then shoulders then finally your hands. The compressed spring encourages the left knee goes back first we want to get the bump to your left side, the slight lateral hip movement, this is the beginning of posting the left leg, this forces the Swing Governor to slide out, the hips then rotate through and stop then torso then shoulders and then your left hand whip through impact zone, allowing you to finish your swing naturally.

If this is done incorrectly the Swing Governor™ will remain trapped

3. Synchronize Drill - Video
The Synchronize Drill teaches A full swing without using your hands to assist with the hip action. With your hands out in front of your chest, keep them in front of your chest throughout the swing,

Backswing
Like the Sequential drill, the Swing Governor™ teaches proper backswing sequential coil right from takeway initially governing the hips from turning back with your hands and shoulders. The inbuilt spring, then allows for a small amount of weight shift, then torso turns and then the hips turn while maintaining a stable right leg, then finally the knee comes in.
